Your ability to manage relationships with transporters and internal teams is crucial, as you will be the point of contact for ensuring smooth logistics operations. You are detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of the logistics process run smoothly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with the operations team and transporters. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize stock levels, ensuring that inventory is maintained at an optimal level to prevent shortages. You will also oversee the organization of parcel deliveries to transporters, ensuring that goods are dispatched efficiently and on time.

You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and implementing strategies to minimize excess inventory while ensuring that production has the necessary materials available. Your role will involve regular communication with the production team to understand their needs and adjust stock levels accordingly. You will also coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, addressing any issues that may arise during the logistics process.
