What you'll do

As the Head of Agency Options Trading, you will lead the establishment of our new agency options business from the ground up. This includes building and managing our institutional client base, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, and overseeing all aspects of our agency options platform. You will act as the Head Executing Broker, handling complex, multi-leg, and high-volume listed equity and index options orders. Your role will involve ensuring best-in-class routing, execution, and reporting for our clients. You will develop and manage a team dedicated to the agency options desk, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your hands-on execution expertise will be crucial in setting the standard for our trading operations.
