Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in sales trading, demonstrating a strong understanding of the US Options market and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with institutional counterparties. Your initiative and thoughtful problem-solving skills enable you to contribute effectively in a high-impact environment, and you value diverse perspectives in shaping trading strategies.
You are adept at developing participant profiles, reports, and insights that support engagement with counterparties, ensuring that you can effectively communicate Optiver's liquidity offerings. Your experience includes actively managing CRM systems to ensure accurate relationship tracking, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with institutional counterparties in the listed US Options space, partnering closely with traders to understand and implement Optiver's trading strategies. You will develop participant profiles and insights that enhance engagement with counterparties, ensuring that your contributions help shape effective trading strategies.
You will actively manage and update our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of relationships, representing Optiver at industry conferences and seminars to strengthen our market presence. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with traders and other team members to enhance our liquidity offerings and improve market conditions.
