What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies that align with Lumen's mission to promote metabolic health. You will identify and build relationships with prominent affiliates and industry experts, ensuring that Lumen's affiliate community continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include researching relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users to inform your strategies. You will brainstorm new and creative approaches to affiliate campaigns, keeping up with emerging trends and technologies in the affiliate marketing space. Performance analysis will be a key part of your role, as you will monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, will be essential to align affiliate strategies with overall company goals.
