Who you are
You have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on the Okta platform — your expertise allows you to design and implement robust identity security strategies that align with business needs. You understand the complexities of managing user identities and access across various platforms, including AWS and Google Workspace, and you are adept at navigating compliance requirements in a modern SaaS environment.
Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to work independently on complex projects — you thrive in cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward. You have a proven track record of optimizing IAM solutions and implementing advanced lifecycle management processes that enhance security and user experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the Okta platform, administering and optimizing the tenant to ensure seamless user access and security. You will design and implement advanced user provisioning and deprovisioning solutions, leveraging technologies like Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning and SCIM across the application ecosystem. Your responsibilities will also include developing and managing complex workflows to automate identity processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
You will collaborate with various teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on best practices and security measures. Your role will involve staying updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies, allowing you to continuously improve the identity security posture of the organization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
What we offer
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $127,000 and going up to $175,000, along with eligibility for bonuses and equity packages.
