Who you are
You have a strong background in product operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are operationally focused and data-driven, with a knack for refining processes and optimizing workflows. Your experience includes working closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency. You are adept at managing product tech stacks and establishing frameworks for data-driven decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about eliminating manual inefficiencies to improve team performance.
Desirable
Experience in the private capital markets or financial technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data management solutions will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional technology solutions to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead efforts to refine and scale the operational infrastructure that supports Chronograph's technology solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include optimizing workflows, managing the product tech stack, and establishing data-driven decision-making frameworks. What we offer
Chronograph offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $185,000, depending on experience.
