Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in AI and systems architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in designing complex AI solutions. Your expertise includes working with Machine Learning models such as XGBoost and Scikit-Learn, and you are comfortable with Deep Learning techniques for computer vision and natural language processing. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
You have a holistic vision for technology strategy, particularly in the financial sector, and are adept at analyzing business challenges to select the right tools and frameworks for the job. Your experience includes designing end-to-end technical architectures, making you a key player in the development of scalable AI solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will consult on architecture and design solutions for AI, focusing on creating complex systems that leverage cloud infrastructure and data models. You will be responsible for designing protocols for multi-agent systems, ensuring that autonomous agents can interact effectively and handle failures without human supervision. Your role will also involve evaluating trade-offs between deterministic approaches and machine learning models, guiding the team in making informed technical decisions.
You will lead the design of software architecture, applying your knowledge of architectural patterns such as CQRS and RESTful APIs. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
