You are a Backend Developer with a solid understanding of GoLang and Kotlin, ready to take on the challenge of developing scalable backend solutions. With experience in both relational and NoSQL databases, you understand how to design and implement efficient data storage solutions that meet the needs of modern applications. Your familiarity with Kafka allows you to handle real-time data streams effectively, ensuring that your applications can scale and perform under pressure.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working autonomously when needed. Your experience in a team setting has equipped you with the skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have a strong grasp of testing methodologies and understand the importance of maintaining high code quality through rigorous testing practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing backend solutions for client applications, ensuring that they are scalable and maintainable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing clean, efficient code in GoLang and Kotlin, as well as optimizing existing codebases for performance and reliability.

You will also be involved in the design and implementation of database schemas, ensuring that data is stored efficiently and can be accessed quickly. Your knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases will be crucial in making informed decisions about data storage strategies. Additionally, you will implement Kafka for handling real-time data processing, contributing to the overall architecture of the applications you work on.

As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to maintain a high standard of code quality across the team.
