With a strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, you are comfortable working with tools like PostgreSQL and MySQL. Your knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN ensures that you can manage code effectively and collaborate seamlessly with your team.

You are familiar with CI/CD tools and understand the importance of continuous integration and deployment in modern software development. Your experience with Docker and Docker Compose allows you to create and manage containerized applications, enhancing the scalability and reliability of your projects.

You thrive in agile environments, having worked with methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, along with your leadership skills, enables you to guide your peers and contribute to a positive team culture.

Your understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture equips you to design robust software solutions. You are committed to promoting a strong testing culture within your team, ensuring that quality is at the forefront of your development process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical refinements and managing software packages to ensure quality delivery. You will act as a technical reference in your projects, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges that arise during development.

You will collaborate closely with your team to implement a strong culture of testing, ensuring that all code meets high standards of quality. Your role will involve conducting detailed technical refinements and overseeing the management of code repositories.

As you work on evolving technological projects, you will leverage AI tools to enhance the solutions you develop. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the projects and the satisfaction of CI&T's clients.
