CI&T is hiring a Senior iOS Developer to enhance a 100% native application by developing new features and improving existing ones. You'll work with Swift and SwiftUI in a remote capacity from Colombia.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced iOS Developer with a strong background in building native applications using Swift. You have a solid understanding of SwiftUI and are familiar with the MVVM design pattern, which allows you to create modular and maintainable code. Your experience includes ensuring code quality through practices such as code reviews and automated testing, and you are comfortable discussing technical details with your team. You are a critical thinker who seeks continuous improvement and enjoys learning, as well as contributing to the development of your team members.
You have a proven track record of developing features and architectural components in mobile applications. Your ability to participate in business rituals and assist in the technical detailing of solutions demonstrates your collaborative spirit. You are committed to supporting your team's career progression and have a results-oriented mindset that makes you a reference point for your peers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing components of a native iOS application. You will ensure the quality of the team's delivery through rigorous code reviews and the use of static analyzers and automated tests. Your participation in business rituals will help align the technical aspects of the solution with business goals. You will support the structuring of Continuous Delivery by promoting technical discussions and addressing important points for the solution. Additionally, you will assist your team members in their individual career progression, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
