You are a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in consulting and client-facing delivery environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and bring deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience. Your background includes exposure to Data Cloud and industry solutions, allowing you to build impactful CRM and platform automation solutions.

You have a strong command of Salesforce Core Development, developing and maintaining scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types. You are adept at building automation using Flows and declarative tools, as well as API integrations with Mulesoft. Your experience includes participating in code reviews and managing Salesforce Change Sets within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

Your focus on Sales and Service Cloud is evident through your experience in Lead and Opportunity lifecycle management, case management, and omni-channel routing. You understand the intricacies of entitlement processes and knowledge bases, and you have hands-on experience with product catalogs and pricing strategies. Your familiarity with CTI integrations and Einstein Bots enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive solutions.

You are a proactive team player who enjoys mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture discussions. Your strong focus on client delivery and stakeholder alignment is complemented by your agile leadership skills, making you a valuable asset to any team.

Desirable

Having Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, II, and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant is a strong plus. Additional certifications like Data Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Developer would further enhance your profile.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using both declarative and programmatic tools. You will work within Agile delivery squads, supporting client engagements and shaping business outcomes through impactful CRM and platform automation. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and adhere to best practices.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participating in architecture discussions and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your expertise in Salesforce Core Development will be crucial as you build automation solutions and manage API integrations. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud to enhance client operations and drive successful outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices within the team.
