Who you are

You have extensive experience in software architecture, particularly in modernizing applications and integrating systems. Your expertise in microservices architecture and Backend for Frontend (BFF) patterns allows you to design scalable solutions that meet business needs. You are proficient in Java and Spring Boot, having successfully implemented high-performance APIs that handle complex integrations. Your knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB, enables you to optimize data storage and retrieval for your applications.

You are well-versed in cloud computing, particularly with AWS services like ECS and Fargate, which you leverage to orchestrate applications efficiently. Your experience with API management tools like Apigee ensures that you can maintain high standards of security and performance in your integrations. You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with stakeholders and convey technical visions clearly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a technical squad, guiding the team in analyzing the feasibility of new projects and strategic changes. You will oversee the quality of code and ensure adherence to best engineering practices and observability standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical feasibility studies for new initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. You will also mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for optimizing the architecture of applications built with React Native, ensuring they effectively consume backend services. Your leadership will be crucial in mobilizing technical and business teams to promote strategic alignment and drive successful project outcomes. You will also play a key role in the ongoing modernization of CI&T's technology stack, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
