You possess a solid understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing, which enables you to create flexible and maintainable systems. Your experience with React Native and TypeScript is a plus, as it allows you to contribute to mobile development initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to keep the team aligned and focused on delivering value. Your responsibilities will include generating and managing the development backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful tasks. You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and scalability.

You will write high-quality code and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices in software engineering. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software projects, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding for new team members. You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling applications, ensuring they perform optimally as user demand grows. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will encourage team members to explore new technologies and methodologies, driving innovation within the team.
