CI&T is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead large-scale modernization projects and define architecture for complex transformation programs. You'll work with Azure and Cloud technologies to migrate legacy systems and improve business value.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience leading large-scale modernization projects, particularly in transitioning from legacy on-premises systems to Cloud-Native architectures. Your deep architectural knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem, especially with Microsoft Azure, enables you to effectively utilize services like APIM, Functions, and Event Hubs. You possess the unique ability to architect both application layers, such as API and Microservices, and data layers, including Lakehouse and ETL processes. Your fluency in English allows you to articulate complex technical concepts to both executives and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across teams.
You have a proven track record of mentoring Senior Architects and Tech Leads, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your experience includes evaluating and optimizing Cloud costs through FinOps, and you are familiar with GenAI tools for code generation and legacy code analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving technical strategy that translates into tangible business value.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic technical leader across high-profile engagements, focusing on Legacy Modernization, Data Platforms, and Composable Commerce. You will be responsible for defining the architecture for complex transformation programs, which includes migrating legacy logic into modern Data Lakehouses and decoupling monolithic e-commerce systems into headless, event-driven architectures. You will work closely with stakeholders in the UK, Europe, and our delivery centers in Brazil to turn technical strategy into business value. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring team members, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring that projects meet key performance indicators such as reducing operational complexity and improving billing accuracy.
