Who you are

You have extensive experience in AI architecture and technical leadership, having successfully designed and implemented AI solutions that drive business outcomes. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations. You are familiar with consultancy practices and have a solid understanding of frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, and SAFe. You have a proven track record of mentoring and coaching senior architects and technical leads, helping them to grow in their careers and enhance their technical skills.

Desirable

You have experience in hiring, growing, and managing architect-level talent, and you are comfortable with public speaking or thought leadership in AI, engineering, or architecture forums. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences is a key asset in your role.

What you'll do

In this strategic leadership position, you will define and lead the end-to-end AI architecture for complex ecosystems, ensuring that technical depth aligns with business outcomes. You will translate business strategies into scalable AI technology solutions through discovery workshops, assessments, and roadmaps. As a technical sponsor for CI&T’s most strategic accounts, you will work closely with C-level clients and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will lead architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical AI platforms and innovation programs, governing technical quality across delivery squads to drive adherence to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards. Additionally, you will support pre-sales activities, proposal development, RFPs, and technical visioning with account teams and clients, ensuring that CI&T remains at the forefront of AI technology.
