You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in Trust & Safety or AI-related fields. Your experience includes overseeing service quality and ensuring high standards in customer interactions. You are a gritty thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer service. Your curiosity drives you to learn continuously and adapt to evolving technologies and customer needs. You are comfortable working hands-on and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
What you'll do
As the AI Data Operations Lead, you will own the day-to-day operational performance for Managed Services customers. This includes overseeing content moderation, data labeling, and AI-assisted review workflows. You will ensure that the services provided meet the highest quality standards and adapt as customer needs change.
You will work closely with AI systems to enhance the efficiency of review processes, ensuring that human and AI collaboration is optimized. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to scale services effectively as demand grows.
You will have direct ownership of customer outcomes, impacting how Cinder's Managed Services evolve. This includes defining processes and workflows that leverage AI capabilities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
