Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI and computer vision domains β you've successfully led product strategies that intersect technology and user needs, ensuring that products deliver real-world impact. Your background includes hands-on leadership roles where you've guided teams through ambiguous, high-stakes challenges, translating complex technical capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
Your expertise in AI-powered products is complemented by a strong understanding of hardware-enabled solutions β you know how to integrate real-time device data with cloud-based systems to create seamless user experiences. You are adept at managing product managers and fostering a culture of excellence in product practice across the organization.
You possess a deep understanding of clinical workflows and how technology can enhance care outcomes β your experience allows you to identify opportunities that drive efficiency and profitability in senior living environments. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of safety and trust in caregiving, ensuring that your product direction aligns with both user needs and business goals.
Desirable
Experience building AI or computer vision products for non-technical users is a plus β you understand the nuances of making complex technologies accessible and beneficial for everyday users. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, enabling you to advocate for user needs while aligning with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Inspirenβs fall detection and resident safety platform β you will define the future direction of these critical capabilities, focusing on improving detection accuracy and integrating AI signals into workflows that support caregivers and residents. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that product development aligns with clinical needs and operational goals.
You will be responsible for turning high-stakes problems into actionable product plans β your leadership will guide the team in addressing safety and trust issues, ensuring that the solutions developed are both effective and reliable. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality and usability.
Your role will also involve raising the bar for product management practices within the organization β you will mentor and guide other product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will leverage your deep expertise in AI-powered products to identify new opportunities and drive the development of features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
What we offer
Inspiren offers a competitive salary range of $210,000 - $270,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
