You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring junior engineers — you believe in sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning within your team. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges, and you are comfortable working closely with client engineering teams to prioritize improvements and new features.

You are passionate about building products that make a difference — your experience in developing solutions for Trust & Safety or AI safety domains is a plus. You understand the importance of security and compliance in software development and are committed to implementing best practices.

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Cinder, you will develop our engineering roadmap and guide major product decisions — your insights will shape the future of our enterprise content safety platform. You will work with some of the most influential technology companies to build innovative products at incredible scale, ensuring that our offerings remain sharp and relevant in a rapidly evolving landscape.

You will collaborate closely with client engineering teams to identify and prioritize enhancements, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence as they contribute to our projects.

You will set Cinder apart as a hub of excellent engineering practices — your leadership will help build a solid foundation for our software, fostering an environment where creativity and technical excellence thrive.
