What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Traba, you will join the founding team to help build our core suite of products, including mobile apps for workers and businesses, as well as web platforms for our business customers and internal operations team. You will work closely with our CTO to make key architectural decisions and iterate on the product roadmap. Your role will involve developing autonomous, orchestrated multi-agent AI workflows to connect businesses with vetted workers, ensuring that the global supply chain operates at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for building the foundational tech platform that will scale over the next several years, focusing on delivering high-quality products that meet the staffing needs of industrial businesses.
