You are a strategic partner to product and go-to-market leadership, translating complex business questions into actionable insights that drive decision-making. Desirable
Experience with modern analytics tools and methodologies is a plus, as is a passion for mentoring and developing talent within your team. What you'll do
In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for how CircleCI leverages data to inform product development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. You will lead a team focused on delivering high-quality analytics and insights, with approximately 80% of the work dedicated to ad hoc analysis and deep investigations. Your responsibilities will include driving the experimentation framework, ensuring that analytics not only reports on outcomes but actively informs strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into all aspects of the business. You will also be responsible for building a culture of analytics excellence within the organization, promoting best practices and innovative approaches to data science.
