You have a strong background in technical consulting, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. You excel at building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring they see the value in the solutions you provide. Your ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies is a key strength. You are comfortable leading technical discussions and addressing complex issues, customizations, and integrations to meet specific customer requirements. You have a passion for technology and a desire to empower customers through training and documentation.

Experience with cloud-based deployment strategies and familiarity with CI/CD processes will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking opportunities for product optimization and have a knack for providing constructive feedback to internal teams. What you'll do
As a Senior Field Engineer at CircleCI, you will lead the technical implementation and management of demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for our largest prospects and customers. You will serve as a technical advisor, guiding customers through product implementation and adoption while ensuring they maximize the value of CircleCI products. You will conduct in-depth analyses of customer use cases, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Your role will involve supporting strategic planning conversations with customer executives, connecting software delivery challenges with corporate objectives and articulating their full business impact. You will also develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops to empower customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed with CircleCI.
