You have experience working closely with customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from technical products. You are a scrappy executor, able to work independently and lead complex proof-of-value engagements with users adopting Anyscale and Ray. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively demo products and gather customer feedback to relay back to the team.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside sales, product management, and engineering teams to shape product experiences that resonate with users. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical face of Anyscale, advocating for our customers and ensuring they have the best experience with our products. You will work closely with sales teams to scope proof-of-value engagements, demo our products, and help users successfully adopt Anyscale and Ray. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer feedback and amplifying their voice within the company to drive product improvements. You will also collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure that our offerings meet customer needs and expectations.

You will be fundamental in helping to shape the go-to-market strategy for our products, leveraging your technical expertise to guide customers through their journey with Anyscale. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and provide solutions that enhance their experience with distributed computing. Your role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their success with our technology.
