What you'll do

As a Java Engineer on the Mission Control team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing internal tools that support various teams within the organization. You will collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to ensure that the tools you create meet their needs and improve their workflows. Your role will involve analyzing user feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices, ensuring that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable. Your technical expertise will be crucial in driving the development of new features and functionalities that empower internal users.
