What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Mission Dev team, you will be a pivotal force in applying your technical expertise to ensure customer success with Nominal's platform. You will work closely with customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and developing solutions that meet their objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with a small, fast-moving team of engineers and operators, where you will own problems end-to-end and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software infrastructure.

You will engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only effective but also safe and precise. Your ability to iterate quickly will be crucial as you work to deliver impactful results that directly shape mission success.
