Who you are
You have 4-6 years of software engineering experience, ideally at the intersection of go-to-market strategies and engineering. You possess intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in understanding how businesses operate, which allows you to effectively contribute to growth initiatives. Your experience includes developing with AI in an assistive capacity, showcasing your ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. You are proficient in technologies such as React, TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and Sanity, which are essential for the projects you'll tackle. As a pragmatic problem solver, you focus on delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth. Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that engineering efforts align with business objectives.
What you'll do
As the first Growth Engineer at Clarify, you will join the engineering team and collaborate closely with the founders to build experiences that empower marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will design and develop high-quality software, driving architectural decisions and overseeing the full product delivery lifecycle. Your role will involve scoping, building, deploying, and optimizing MarTech, RevTech, SalesOps, and generalized Ops experiences internally. You will dive into various projects across the company, understanding current processes and workflows, and scaling them through engineering solutions. Establishing standards and best practices for growth engineering will be a key responsibility, as will developing tools across the marketing stack. You will ideate, build, and deploy virality initiatives that enhance product sellability, optimize growth motions such as paid ads and email marketing, and create systems to support partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.
