Job Description

Who you are

You have startup experience as a founder, early engineer, or in growth roles — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a new business. Your strong expertise in programming allows you to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You have a solid understanding of B2B marketing and sales metrics, which helps you align technical projects with business goals. Your high agency means you take initiative and can figure things out independently, driving projects forward without needing constant direction.

As a Growth Engineer at Warp, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and growth strategy — your role is critical in shipping high-impact, metrics-driven technical projects. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and growth teams to build the data infrastructure and automation tools that power Warp's rapid expansion. Your contributions will directly accelerate the mission to eliminate HR operations overhead for startups, allowing founders to focus on their core business. You'll analyze data to identify growth opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your work will involve developing analytical capabilities that support decision-making across the organization, ensuring that Warp remains at the forefront of automated back-office operations.

Warp offers a competitive compensation package with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $140,000 to $230,000 plus equity. You'll be part of a fast-growing company that is reshaping the back-office landscape for startups. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
