What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems that support customer missions. You will lead efforts to ensure the overall technical integrity and quality of the work performed by your team. Collaborating with a multi-talented team, you will gather requirements from customers and stakeholders, applying your systems engineering expertise to address complex challenges.

You will play a key role in project planning and risk management, assessing project needs and ensuring that all aspects of the system's life cycle are considered. Your leadership will guide the team in maintaining high standards of quality and completeness in their work. You will also participate in monthly TechConnect and DeepDive collaboration sessions, sharing knowledge and insights with your colleagues to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
