You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning. Your expertise in Python allows you to build and optimize models that translate complex data into actionable insights. You are familiar with modern machine learning tools and have a passion for creating frictionless user experiences through data-driven solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and business outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools will help you communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle complex challenges that require innovative thinking.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and evolve CLEAR’s predictive modeling ecosystem. You will design, train, and optimize statistical and machine learning models that support various aspects of the business, including product development, risk management, and fraud detection. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to operationalize these models, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact. Your work will help CLEAR understand and predict user behavior, enabling the company to enhance its digital identity platform.
You will also be responsible for conducting experiments to validate model performance and iterating on your designs based on feedback and results. Your insights will guide strategic decisions and help shape the future of CLEAR’s offerings. You will mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data science team.
