What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist at Known, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven marketing strategies for our clients. You will collaborate with a diverse team of PhD data scientists, creatives, and strategists to develop innovative solutions that address the challenges faced by marketers today. Your work will involve analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that inform campaign strategies and creative direction.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that predict customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts. This includes conducting experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives. You will also work closely with the engineering team to ensure that data pipelines are efficient and reliable, enabling seamless access to data for analysis.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will serve as a mentor to junior data scientists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and challenge each other to achieve excellence.
