What you'll do

Your role will involve driving engineering and operational excellence, embedding best practices across teams to enhance productivity and quality.

You will partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to define priorities and deliver measurable member value. This includes collaborating with product managers to ensure that engineering efforts are aligned with user needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring that your teams are equipped to tackle the challenges of building and scaling innovative solutions.
