What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Growth Tech team at Meta, focusing on developing platforms, interfaces, and telco-facing products that accelerate growth. You will be responsible for guiding your team in building scalable technologies that improve user experiences across Meta’s apps. Your influence will extend to technical decision-making, ensuring that the team prioritizes effectively and executes on key initiatives.

You will manage a diverse group of engineers and engineering managers, providing mentorship and support to help them thrive in their roles.
