What you'll do

As the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee the daily operations across multiple units in airports throughout the Mountain West, Pacific Northwest, California, Alaska, and Hawaii. You will be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators, including security performance and member satisfaction, while also driving sales and employee satisfaction.

You will establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, regularly aligning with executive-level partners to advance business interests. Your role will involve expanding and developing the business in existing and new markets, ensuring that operational and customer service excellence is upheld at all times.
