You are familiar with a range of technologies, including Kotlin for Android development, and have experience with backend technologies such as Java and Python. Your expertise extends to cloud services, particularly AWS, and you understand how to leverage these tools to enhance application performance and scalability. You are comfortable working with databases like PostgreSQL and have a solid grasp of modern development practices, including CI/CD and agile methodologies.

What you'll do

As a Senior iOS Engineer at CLEAR, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying applications that enhance our identity platform. You will focus on building exceptional consumer experiences within the CLEAR Mobile app, collaborating closely with various engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with our mission of creating frictionless experiences.

You will be responsible for advancing our capabilities across the platform, leveraging your expertise in Swift and SwiftUI to develop new features and improve existing ones. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues that arise in production, ensuring a smooth user experience.

In addition to development tasks, you will contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the technical direction of our mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and helping them grow their skills.
