You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in high-volume environments, and you thrive on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Your experience in recruiting for leadership roles, especially in operational settings, has equipped you with the insights needed to understand business priorities and align talent profiles effectively. You are a strategic thinker who can advise on market trends and compensation considerations, ensuring that your hiring strategies are both competitive and effective.
You excel in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful engagement and clear communication. You are passionate about connecting great people to meaningful work and understand the importance of a people-first approach in recruitment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried Field Operations and airport leadership roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer, background adjudication, and onboarding. You will partner closely with senior airport and regional leaders to understand their business priorities and define the competencies needed for leadership roles. Your ability to advise hiring managers on market trends and talent availability will be crucial in shaping effective hiring strategies.
You will manage high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring that every candidate experiences CLEARβs commitment to a people-first approach. Your success will be measured by the timely and high-quality leadership hires you make, which should align with CLEARβs culture and values. You will also develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage diverse, high-caliber talent, ensuring that the recruitment process is inclusive and effective.
