Clear Street is hiring a Sr Analyst, Events Coordinator to support the execution of their external events program within financial services. You'll focus on logistical coordination, vendor management, and attendee registration for various events. This role is ideal for someone early in their events career.

Who you are
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual eager to kickstart your career in event coordination. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for executing high-profile events. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets its objectives.
You understand the importance of logistical coordination and vendor management in the success of events. You are comfortable handling attendee registration and are proactive in addressing any issues that may arise during the planning and execution phases. Your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist with the execution of external events, including industry conferences, client hospitality experiences, and firm-hosted events. You will work closely with the Senior Associate and Associate Director of Events to ensure that all logistical aspects are meticulously planned and executed. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors, managing event timelines, and ensuring that all materials are prepared and delivered on time.
You will also be involved in on-the-ground execution during events, where your attention to detail will shine as you manage attendee experiences and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in event coordination within the financial services sector.
