You have a strong background in event management, with experience executing complex logistics for various types of events. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of external events, including industry conferences and bespoke client hospitality events. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Events, to ensure that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. This includes venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination. You will also be involved in post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to align event objectives with broader business goals. Your ability to build relationships with external partners will be crucial in securing sponsorships and enhancing the overall event experience. You will also contribute to the development of event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
