What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with team members in both New York and Sweden to develop applications that support Clear Street's Securities Finance and Futures businesses. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of the company's capital markets platform. You will work closely with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that the software you build meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

You will participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to the overall improvement of the engineering processes within the team. Your role will also involve collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless operation across the platform.
