Overview
Clever is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead application partner expansion and growth. You'll drive the go-to-market strategy and ensure commercial success metrics for significant products. This role requires strong customer empathy and data-driven insights.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the tech or education sectors. Your background includes a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. You excel in driving complex product launch initiatives and have a proven track record of measuring impact and success across marketing programs. Your strong communication skills allow you to act as a spokesperson and subject matter expert, engaging effectively with both internal teams and external audiences.
You possess a data-driven mindset, utilizing insights from product analytics, surveys, and market research to inform your strategies. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes. Your customer empathy enables you to understand the needs of application partners and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Desirable
Experience in the education technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You may have a background in managing product marketing for SaaS products or similar offerings. A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on student learning outcomes will resonate well with our mission at Clever.
What you'll do
In this role, you will fully drive and lead go-to-market initiatives for Clever's application partner expansion. You will identify and anticipate challenges to meeting schedules and deadlines, using your strong judgment to navigate these complexities. Your responsibilities will include defining methods for measuring impact and success across all marketing programs for the products you own. You will lead complex product launch initiatives, from initial market research to post-launch performance analysis and iteration.
You will act as the primary spokesperson for your product area, engaging with internal sales teams, leadership, and external audiences to communicate product value and strategy. Your role will involve developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with Clever's overall business objectives and drive growth in key market segments. You will collaborate closely with product management to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product development and customer feedback.
