What you'll do

You will also conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and LLMs, applying this knowledge to innovate and improve ClickUp's offerings — your insights will help guide the technical direction of the product and influence strategic decisions. As a Staff AI Engineer, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
