You have a strong background in customer support, with experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You are adept at driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues, always looking for ways to enhance the customer journey and team performance. Your ability to build a deep knowledge of the ClickUp product allows you to provide contextualized support to strategic clients, ensuring they unlock the full value of their investment.

You thrive in a revenue-generating environment, managing a book of accounts and assisting clients with hands-on workspace configuration and workflow validation. Your proactive approach helps you identify opportunities for improvement, and you are skilled at implementing solutions that showcase ROI and drive renewals. You are passionate about using AI to shape the future of work and are excited to be part of an innovative team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to premium clients, ensuring swift issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. You will manage client relationships, driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues to enhance team performance. Your responsibilities will include scoping, validating, and optimizing client workflows to enable adoption of the ClickUp platform. You will work closely with clients to assist them in hands-on workspace configuration and escalated support, ensuring they are getting the most out of their ClickUp experience.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey, implementing solutions that enable clients to unlock the value of their ClickUp investment. Your role will involve showcasing the ROI of the platform and driving renewals, ensuring that clients see the benefits of their investment in ClickUp. You will collaborate with various teams within ClickUp to ensure that client needs are met and that the product continues to evolve in ways that benefit users.
