Overview
ClickUp is hiring a Growth Product Manager to drive product-led growth initiatives that enhance user acquisition and retention. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams, utilizing data-driven strategies. This role requires experience in product management and a strong analytical mindset.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on growth, user acquisition, or activation — you understand the metrics that drive product-led growth and can translate data into actionable insights. You are a data-driven decision maker, comfortable with SQL and experiment design, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you build trust with cross-functional teams.
Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate strategies to executives while diving into technical details with engineers. You are genuinely curious about user behavior, enjoying the process of conducting user research to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable with ambiguity and understand that growth often involves running experiments, learning quickly, and iterating based on results.
Desirable
Experience at a product-led growth company or familiarity with productivity tools is a plus. A background in B2B SaaS or similar industries will help you navigate the challenges of this role effectively.
What you'll do
As a Growth Product Manager at ClickUp, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth initiatives across the user journey, focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will analyze user data and conduct research to identify friction points and opportunities for growth, ensuring that your initiatives are backed by solid data.
You will design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate your hypotheses and measure the impact of your initiatives on key growth metrics. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams, you will identify high-impact opportunities and drive the execution of features that enhance user experience and engagement.
Your role will involve defining and tracking success metrics for your area, building dashboards, analyzing results, and communicating learnings to the broader organization. You will also contribute to ClickUp's product culture by sharing insights, mentoring other PMs, and raising the bar for how products are built and improved.
What we offer
At ClickUp, we offer a competitive compensation package, including equity in a high-growth company. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible remote environment, collaborating with a bold and innovative team that is redefining productivity. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value curiosity and a growth mindset just as much as technical skills.
