You have 5+ years of experience in product design, focusing on user-centered design principles and methodologies. You excel in conducting user research to understand user behaviors, pain points, and needs, enabling you to create designs that truly resonate with users. Your proficiency in Figma allows you to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts. You are a strong collaborator, working seamlessly with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define product strategy and roadmap for the collaboration experience. You have experience conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance user experiences and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of work through innovative design.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating magical collaboration workflows within ClickUp. You will work closely with front-end developers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively, contributing to a cohesive user experience across the platform.
