Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead design projects from concept to execution. Your expertise spans user research, UI design, and visual design, allowing you to create engaging and effective user experiences. You are comfortable working across various platforms, particularly mobile, and have a keen eye for detail in pixel-perfect designs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define features and clarify product requirements. You are also passionate about mentoring junior designers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in the design process.

Desirable

Experience with motion design is a plus, as you are open to learning new skills that enhance your design capabilities. Familiarity with design systems and the ability to ensure consistency across products is essential. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are adept at conducting user research to inform your design decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own an entire product vertical, guiding the design process for key features and functionalities. You will lead the end-to-end design process for the mobile experience, ensuring that the user experience is seamless across iOS and Android platforms. You will define the design process and mentor others in the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities will include creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with the product roadmap. You will also work closely with the product management team to clarify features and ensure that the design vision is effectively communicated and executed. Your role will involve conducting co-creation workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback that will inform your design decisions.
