Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding Coach to transform hospitality through their software platform. You'll work with a remote team to help hoteliers enhance their operations and commercial strategies. This role is fully remote based in Indonesia.

You thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team of professionals from around the globe. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure they are set up for success with the Cloudbeds platform.
What you'll do
As an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will work closely with clients to identify their unique needs and tailor the onboarding experience to meet those needs. Your role will involve training clients on the software, providing ongoing support, and helping them integrate the platform into their existing operations. You will also collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
