Overview

Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding Coach to train clients on their hospitality management system. You'll tailor the onboarding experience to fit clients' needs and ensure they understand how to use the system effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of hospitality.

What you'll do

As an Onboarding Coach, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Onboarding Team, helping clients understand and utilize our hospitality management system effectively. You will conduct training sessions, guiding clients through the features of our platform and customizing the experience to fit their specific business needs. By asking insightful questions, you will uncover client requirements and ensure they leave the onboarding process with a comprehensive understanding of the system. You will collaborate with other team members to refine onboarding materials and processes, contributing to a seamless client experience. Your goal is to embody our motto of 'more reservations, happier guests' by ensuring clients are well-equipped to leverage our platform for their success. You will also gather client feedback to help inform product improvements and enhance overall satisfaction.
