What you'll do

As the Manager, HRBP for the GTM + Strategy team, you will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. You will provide guidance on leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational design, ensuring that the HR function supports the overall mission of Cloudbeds. You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, and Talent Acquisition to implement best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. Your role will involve analyzing team member feedback and metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements in employee satisfaction and retention. You will also play a key role in shaping the culture of the organization, promoting values that resonate with team members across North America.
