Who you are

You are a strategic and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in supporting revenue organizations. You have experience partnering with senior leadership to scale teams and drive performance, ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Your ability to navigate organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture sets you apart. You understand the importance of aligning HR initiatives with business goals and are skilled at building relationships across various levels of the organization.

You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey HR strategies to both leadership and employees. Your experience in talent management and organizational development allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are proactive in addressing employee concerns and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Revenue organization to support their growth and development. You will partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
