Overview

Cloudbeds is hiring a Post Sales Ops Specialist to bridge the gap between sales and successful onboarding of customers. You'll ensure timely kickoffs and proactive support for new clients. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in customer operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer operations, ideally with experience in post-sales processes. You understand the importance of a seamless transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring that all prerequisites are met for new customers. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and you thrive in a remote work environment.

You are proactive in identifying potential risks and are skilled at communicating with various teams to ensure that customers receive the support they need. Your ability to drive momentum towards first value for clients is a key strength, and you are comfortable coordinating schedules and outreach efforts to facilitate onboarding.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the post-sale handoff and ensure that onboarding readiness is verified. You will verify closed-won details and ensure that all necessary prerequisites, such as billing setup and data readiness, are completed. You will also trigger outreach and coordinate scheduling to ensure that onboarding kickoffs happen on time.

You will drive momentum to first value by running structured outreach to newly closed customers, ensuring they progress quickly and receive proactive support. Additionally, you will handle downgrade and cancel requests, protecting revenue while improving the playbooks and processes behind your work.
