OpenSesame is seeking a Sales Operations Partner to enhance the efficiency of their sales processes. You'll collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and improve customer experiences. This role requires strong analytical and operational skills.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in managing processes that drive revenue growth. You understand the importance of data and technology in optimizing sales strategies and have a knack for turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Desirable
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with LMS/LXP integrations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while keeping the team aligned and focused on goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
As a Sales Operations Partner, you will be the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will design and implement systems that facilitate smooth sales operations, from initial customer engagement through to renewal.
