What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team focused on developing new and bold products within Cloudflare's Emerging Technologies & Incubation department. You will be responsible for guiding your team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects align with Cloudflare's mission and values. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to create solutions that meet customer needs and enhance the overall user experience.

In this role, you will also focus on team building and career development, conducting regular one-on-ones to support your team members' growth and performance. You will implement best practices for engineering processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be key to your success in this position.
